From a Conversation Around a Table
GoldenFogTables began in 2021 when a small group of game designers, software engineers, and table game enthusiasts found themselves asking the same question: why doesn't a truly great free social gaming platform exist?
The existing options were either too focused on real-money mechanics, too technically dated, or simply not fun enough. We wanted the atmosphere of a premium gaming lounge — the golden light, the felt tables, the quiet thrill of a well-played hand — without any of the financial risk.
So we built it. GoldenFogTables launched in 2022 and has since grown to a community of over 4,000 players across 48 countries.
