Behaviour We Encourage
- Congratulating other players on good hands and fortunate outcomes
- Sharing strategy tips and helping newcomers learn the games
- Participating in community events and tournaments in good faith
- Reporting bugs or issues through our official support channels
- Providing constructive feedback that helps improve the platform
- Looking out for fellow players who may appear to be struggling with gaming habits
Behaviour That Is Not Permitted
The following behaviours are prohibited on GoldenFogTables and may result in access being restricted:
- Harassment or abusive language — directed at any player, staff member, or community participant
- Attempting to cheat — using scripts, bots, or exploits to gain an unfair advantage
- Impersonation — pretending to be a GoldenFogTables team member, community moderator, or another player
- Sharing false information — spreading misinformation about the platform, games, or outcomes
- Spamming — flooding community spaces with repetitive or irrelevant content
- Discrimination — any content or conduct that discriminates against individuals based on race, gender, sexuality, nationality, religion, or disability
- Inappropriate content — sharing or linking to content that is offensive, explicit, or harmful
Reporting Misconduct
If you witness behaviour that violates these guidelines, we encourage you to report it to our team via the Contact Us page. Please include as much detail as possible so we can investigate promptly.
All reports are treated confidentially. We do not tolerate retaliation against anyone who raises a concern in good faith.
Enforcement
GoldenFogTables reserves the right to restrict or remove access from any player who repeatedly or severely violates these guidelines. In cases of serious misconduct, access may be revoked immediately and without prior warning.
We aim to be fair and proportionate in all enforcement decisions. Players who believe a decision has been made in error may appeal by contacting us directly.
Under 18
GoldenFogTables is strictly for adults aged 18 and over. If you believe a person under 18 is using the platform, please report this to us immediately at safety@goldenfogtables.com.
Changes to These Guidelines
These guidelines may be updated from time to time to reflect changes in our community or platform. Significant updates will be announced on the platform. Continued use of GoldenFogTables constitutes acceptance of the current guidelines.
